An avid petrol-head and devoted dad, Andrew spends most of his free time (and salary) on his daughters and their horses.

R&D Technical DirectorA dynamic member of the Momentum team, Andrew has a wealth of consultancy experience, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant before moving into management consultancy. His background in advising businesses on process optimisation and operational strategy afford Andrew the unique insight that makes him such an effective technical leader. His ability to communicate with precision and develop a clear project methodology play a key role in Momentum’s success.

Group Managing DirectorBefore founding the Momentum Group, Tom spent 20+ years helping businesses across the UK expand and thrive. As the driving force behind Momentum’s success, his primary focus is on business development, client acquisition and building lasting partner relationships. Tom’s vast business experience and flair for bringing the most talented corporation tax professionals into the fold has shaped Momentum’s position as a leader in the market.

Simon Huntley
Business Development DirectorA highly experienced business professional, Simon spent 27 years in senior positions at a NASDAQ listed Global Financial Solutions company and Santander before joining the Momentum team. In his current role, he excels in inspiring our sales division to achieve new client acquisitions and renewals, in addition to developing the wider sales force. His vision and talent for fostering an exceptional team spirit play an integral part in Momentum’s continued success.

Jayne McKee
Financial DirectorJayne joined the business as Head of Project Finance in 2015. A talented Chartered Accountant and finance professional, she took on the responsibility of managing the overall company finances in 2020 and oversees financial reporting, management accounts and the Xero accounts package. Her extensive financial knowledge and enthusiasm for helping clients receive the maximum benefit from their R&D tax claim make Jayne a valued asset to the Momentum team.
